Team Pictures

When  – Monday the 12th starting at 5:30.
Team   – Team pictures begin with the 7th grade team.
Coaches  – You’ll need to provide a typed roster by number (ascending), Player Full Name.
Players  – Full practice, wear game jerseys and pants to practice.

Our Objectives

Members of mattawan youth football will teach our young players the fundamentals of football, along with teamwork and sportsmanship.  If there are multiple teams in an age group, every effort will be made to make the teams as equal as possible and small enough to ensure as much playing time as possible for each player.  League rules state, that each player must play a min. Of 8 plays per half in the game.  At mattawan we will make every effort to ensure each player gets equal playing time.  While this can’t always be achieved, it is still a goal  of our organization.

TEAM AGE GROUPS

3rd & 4th grade ( 7 year olds in 3rd grade, 8, 9 year olds) play together 
5th & 6th grade (10, 11 year olds) play together
7th grade (12, 13 year olds)

Cost and what's included

Single Player
$70.00 per player

Multi-player Family Discount*
Two players, $65.00 each
For every child after two add $25.00 for each additional player

*If more than one player in a family registers for Mattawan Youth Football

Mattawan youth football will supply everything but the players shoes. The shoes must be rubber cleats or screw in cleats.  We do ask that you provide a pair of practice pants for your child. This reduces the wear and tear on our game pants.

Please bring a copy of birth certificate that can be left with sign up sheet.

If early sign ups can’t be met,  sign up form may be downloaded from web site and mailed along with a check to:
